Ahmad founded Offshore4Asia group of companies. He is also one of the founding directors of Law & Commerce, Labuan and HMR Trust, Brunei. He has been in offshore business for more than a decade. Ahmad was admitted to Malaysian Bars and practiced law in one of KL's top law firms before moving to Labuan in 1997. Ahmad is a certified anti-money laundering specialist. Ahmad specialises in offshore structures in particular offshore companies and offshore bank accounts from major offshore jurisdictions. He is a qualified company secretary and has been a secretary for a few hundreds offshore and domestic companies.

Mikail leads HLC-Offshore4Asia LLP in the UK. He holds a Masters degree in Corporate Governance and Administration. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary who specialises in Corporate Secretarial Practice. He provides advice and support in the field of Corporate Governance, covering advice on all aspects of compliance and Company Law.

He has over five years experience in Company Secretarial work, during which he has been involved in key stages of company formations and including statutory due diligence for the sale and acquisition of companies, preparation of various types of commercial agreements such as: Management and Limited Liability Partnership Agreements, Agency Agreements etc. His work in this field has included a number of major projects in the UK where he worked with a wide range of organisations from charities, local government to private limited companies.
