An offshore company may, upon obtaining approval from the Registrar and within two months from the date the approval was given, apply for an instrument transferring the offshore company to another country as if it has been incorporated under the laws of that country. On the date of the instrument of transfer, the offshore company shall be become a company under the laws of that country and be domiciled there.[1]
