An offshore company must paint, affix, and keep painted and affixed its name in romanised letters in a conspicuous position outside its office or its place of business.[1] Under the OCA 1990, the name of the company must appear in legible characters on all business letters, statements of account, invoices, order forms, notices, other official publications, negotiable instruments and letters of credit.
